With seating available outside, between our two check-in areas and close to international arrivals, Caffè Ritazza is sure to be your first destination through the door.

You’ll find Caffè Ritazza before security on the ground floor of the terminal between International Arrivals and Check-in Hall B.

Choose from a wide drinks selection that include specialist coffees, tea and hot chocolate, and chilled soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages are also available too. And save your appetite for fresh baguettes, hot sandwiches and snacks. Maybe even leave space for a buttery pastry or sweet muffin.

Where can I go to view the runway?

When you’re travelling from Leeds Bradford Airport, you can enjoy full length views of the runway from our airport lounges or partial views from The Camden Food Co. located on the first floor after security.

Are groups welcome in our airport lounges?

Maximum group sizes apply for online bookings. If you'd like to enquire about making a lounge reservation for a larger group, please contact customercare@lba.co.uk and the team will be able to confirm our availability.

Do you have a lost property for things lost in the airport?

To log a lost property enquiry see our lost property guide. Anything left on board an aircraft, please contact the airline directly.

Where can I find flight and arrival times?

Full flight information can be found on our Arrivals and Departures pages. You can even track your flight for more information and to be alerted of any changes.

Do your lounges cater for allergens?

Please speak to your Host if you have a food allergy or dietary requirement. Vegetarian/Vegan options are available. We advise customers with allergens to be aware of the risk of cross-contamination that may occur within self-serve areas. To help us and other customers please be mindful when serving yourself. Please only use the designated utensils for each dish.

How is disruptive and drunken behaviour managed at the airport?

We support the One Too Many campaign to tackle disruptive behaviour through a voluntary Code of Practice. Passengers deemed unfit to fly may be denied boarding, prison sentences, fines and airline bans.

Can I turn up and park?

Turn up parking is available at our Long Stay, Mid Stay, Short Stay and Premium Short Stay parking options. Any tokens taken for these car parks will be required for exit.

Can I amend or cancel my car park booking?

If you have pre-booked your car parking directly with us, you can make amendments or cancellations up to 14 days before your original entry date and time. However, if you have purchased cancellation protection, you can amend or cancel your booking up to 1 hour before your scheduled arrival. If you require assistance with a booking amendment, please email customercare@lba.co.uk, and our team will be happy to help.
